Shark Gaming Systems is a leading provider of gaming PCs and accessories in the Nordics. We are looking for someone who wants to help ensure that our Swedish customers receive first-class service and support, from first contact to resolved case.
Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Shark Gaming Systems, you will have a central role responsible for the contact with our Swedish customers. You will work closely with production, warehouse, and the RMA/returns department to ensure fast, accurate, and professional solutions.
The position is on-site at our office in Glostrup, Denmark. Remote work is not possible.
Start date: August/September 2026
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Contact & Support: Handle customer inquiries via email and phone regarding orders, products, deliveries, and basic technical support.
Case Handling: Follow up and drive customer cases to resolution in collaboration with internal departments.
Book a Shark: Conduct advisory meetings where you help customers choose the right gaming PC or setup online.
Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of service and a positive experience for every customer.
Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, production, and the RMA department to quickly meet customer needs.
Structure & Quality: Document cases and contribute to improving workflows and routines within customer service.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service or support who enjoys helping customers and solving problems on a daily basis. You are communicative, structured, and have a natural sense of service.
Qualifications
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
Experience in customer service, support, or a similar role
Good computer skills and comfortable working in different systems
Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
Comfortable working on-site in a team environment
Danish is not a requirement, but a big plus
