The Job
On behalf of Danske Bank, we are looking for Customer Service Supporters to their internal department, Digitalt & District support. Danske Bank's central telephone line is one of the leading contact centers in the Nordic countries. Here, daily calls from business customers in Denmark and abroad are answered. Digitalt & District support is responsible for helping all the bank's business customers when they have challenges with various self-service solutions. You will become part of a young and dynamic international support team, where everyone helps each other and works towards the same goal. The team consists of a happy group of employees, which has room for everyone.
Your Profile
You are responsible for supporting the bank's business customers in the use of their self-service solutions. You are a quick learner and good at conveying your message through the phone. Moreover, you can put yourself in the customers' place and thereby deliver the perfect customer experience in both Swedish or Norwegian and English - and preferably also Danish. You are also structured in your work and happy to share your experiences with the team.
During the first weeks, a thorough training is provided in tools and products in a mix of teaching and learning by doing, so you are well prepared when it comes to answering the customers' questions, when the phones are busy, and the pace is high.

You have experience with customer service and have a good technical understanding. You have at least a high school education or equivalent. It is expected that you are an experienced user of IT and thereby master basic PC functions.
Working hours and salary
This is a temporary position and expected until the end of the year. The temporary position may be extended.
The location is currently in Glostrup, but it will change from April to Copenhagen C close to Copenhagen central station.
This is a full-time position with primary working hours from 08:30 am to 16:30 pm.
The salary is 180 DKK per hour.
